Provided that the goods ordered are in current stock, Inspire aims to ship orders within 2 business days.
International Orders.
All international packages will be accurately described, with costs, on the Customs Declaration.
Where applicable you are responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties that may be levied once the package reaches your country of residence, and for any additional charges for customs clearance. Inspire has no control over such charges and can offer no guidance in this matter. Contact your local customs office for further information.
No duty applies to goods shipped within the European Union.
PAYMENT
International orders without paying VAT tax
All the indicated prices on this website exclude the VAT (value added tax). As a company registered in Portugal, we are obliged to charge VAT tax on top of the total price if a customer resides in one of the countries of the European Union (EU). Customers from outside the EU do not need to pay VAT. Portuguese customers must always pay VAT.
Because presently there is no real-time verification method if a VAT number is valid or not, when ordering we automatically charge 21% on your orders. The shipping value is tax free.

VAT number is also known as: TVA, BTW, MwSt, IVA, FPA, MOMS, MwST, FPA, LW, MVA or DPH, depending on the language you use.
RETURNS POLICY
We will gladly exchange any unworn items in the original condition you received them in.
All returns must be made within 30 days of your purchase. Do not forget to fill and join the return form that was sent with your order.
If you received the wrong item or an item that is defective we will reimburse you, with an coupon, for the cost of shipping the item back to us. If you want to request an exchange for other reason, you will be billed for the additional postage costs.
If you have any doubt to return or exchange an item feel free to contact us and we will help you out with the process.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT ANY RETURNS AFTER THE 30 DAY PERIOD UNDER ANY CIRUMSTANCES
You must ensure goods are unworn, not damaged with all original tags attached and packaging intact. We do not accept responsibility for: failure to comply with washing instructions.
Please remember we can only exchange any faulty or otherwise goods if they accompany the original return form.
